Authorize negotiation and execution of a professional services agreement with AECOM Technical Services, Inc. or one of the other qualified responders for Request for Qualifications Solicitation No. CLMP257 to provide engineering services for the Reclaimed Water System Surge Analysis project in an amount not to exceed $400,000.

Austin Water has provided reclaimed water for toilet flushing since 2009. Existing reclaimed water toilet flushing customers include moderately-sized commercial buildings in the Mueller area and high-rise commercial buildings in the downtown area.
