Authorize negotiation and execution of a professional services agreement with the following 10 staff recommended firms (or other qualified responders) for Request for Qualifications Solicitation No. CLMP259: AECOM Technical Services, Inc.; HDR Engineering, Inc.; Freese and Nichols, Inc.; Doucet & Associates, Inc.; Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc.; BGE, Inc.; Watershed Solutions JV, LLC (WSS) (MBE); HALFF Associates, Inc.; Binkley & Barfield, Inc.; and K Friese + Associates (WBE); to provide engineering services for the 2019 Watershed Protection Flood Risk Reduction Rotation List in an amount not to exceed $44,000,000.
