Authorize award and execution of a construction contract with Facilities Rehabilitation, Inc. (MBE) for the Wastewater Line Renewal and Spot Rehab Srvc. 2020-2022 Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity contract in the amount of $3,200,000 for an initial 12-month term, with two 12-month extension options of $3,200,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $9,600,000.
[Note: This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) by meeting the goals with 99.17% MBE and 0.83% WBE participation.]

Funding for the initial amount of $3,200,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Capital Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
