Authorize an amendment to an existing contract with Clean Harbors Environmental Services Inc., to provide continued packaging, transportation, and disposal of household hazardous waste, for an increase in the amount of $650,000 and to extend the term by four months, for a revised total contract amount not to exceed $3,624,386.
(Note: The contract was awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9C Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program. No subcontracting opportunities were identified; therefore, no subcontracting goals were established).

Fiscal Note
