Authorize award and execution of a construction contract with Facilities Rehabilitation Inc. (MBE) for Wastewater Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (2019 to 2022) - Manhole Rehab and Installations Plus Services contract in the amount of $750,000 for an initial 12-month term, with three 12-month extension options of $750,000, for a total contract amount not to exceed $3,000,000.
[Note: This contract will be awarded in compliance with City Code Chapter 2-9A (Minority Owned and Women Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program) by meeting the goals with 98.68% MBE and 1.32% WBE.]

Funding for the initial amount of $750,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2018-2019 Capital Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
