The lease amendment covers approximately 14,750 square feet of hangar building, including approximately 11,800 square feet of aviation hangar space and 2,950 square feet of office space, and exclusive use of 13,800 square feet of adjacent ramp space and 2,500 square feet of adjacent parking space, for Austin Police, located at 6012 Aviation Drive, Pflugerville, Texas 78660, for a total amount not to exceed $611,337.
