Washington D.C.; Protiviti Inc.; Rifeline, LLC; Ryan G Hunter Consulting LLC; Social Finance Inc.; The Boston Consulting Group, Inc.; and Weaver and Tidwell, L.L.P., for an initial term of three years with up to two one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $7,500,000, divided among the contractors. Funding: $500,000 is available in the Operating Budgets of all City departments.
