Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $1,012,620 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Homeless Strategy Office Operating Budget. Funding for extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Integral Care is an Austin based non-profit with over 40 different locations within Travis County. They offer a range of services to adult and children living with mental illness, substance abuse, and intellectual and developmental disabilities. These services include a 24-hour helpline, ongoing counseling, drug and alcohol treatment, and housing.
Approval of this item will authorize Amendment No. 12 to add $1,012,620 and extend the term of the agreement until September 30, 2025 and add two 12-month extension to the City Assertive Community Treatment Expansion Combined agreement with Integral Care. This agreement provides permanent supportive housing with individualized intensive community-based services to adult individuals who have experienced chronic homelessness and have a disabling condition(s). Over the last five years Integral Care has helped 399 unduplicated clients. If authorization of Amendment No. 12 is not approved, it will limit the provision of permanent supportive housing services.
Amendment No. 11 modified program exhibits for the period of October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
Amendment No. 10 added funds to the agreement in the amount of $670,723 for the period of October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
Amendment No. 9 extended agreement and added funds in the amount of $460,568 for the period of October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2024.
Amendment No. 8 extended agreement for the period of October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.
Amendment No. 7 modified program exhibits for the period of October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.
Amendment No. 6 exercised the fifth extension option in the amount of $1,074,675 for the period of October 1, 2021, to September 30, 2022.
Amendment No. 5 exercised the fourth extension option in the amount of $1,074,675 for the period of October 1, 2020, to September 30, 2021.
Amendment No. 4 exercised the third extension option in the amount of $1,074,675 for the period of October 1, 2019, to September 30, 2020.
Amendment No. 3 exercised the second extension option in the amount of $1,074,675 for the period of October 1, 2018, to September 30, 2019.
Amendment No. 2 exercised the first extension option in the amount of $806,006 for the period of January 1, 2018, to September 30, 2018.
Amendment No. 1 merged agreement with agreement No. NI130000022 in the amount of $1,067,344 and extended the agreement for the period of November 1, 2014, to December 31, 2017.
The original agreement was approved for a term of 30 months ending on April 30, 2017, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,380,000.
