Additional Backup Information:
Currently, this contract supports the Building Services Department with a facilities operation management system that provides work requests for City facilities, events, emergency services, and assist in identifying timing of facility repairs, renovations, and replacements. This amendment will provide continued support for the system, including the addition of the Energy Manager module. It will also expand the contract to include the Housing Department allowing the department to assess and manage over 30 apartment complexes using asset planning tools critical for maintenance, cost forecasting, and risk mitigation.
