This contract is for technical and support services related to all Microsoft on-premise software and cloud services for all City departments. Quisitive Ltd. d/b/a Quisitive LLC assists with the execution of Spyglass Security Services, a unified platform for delivering and maintaining innovative, reliable, and cost-effective security and compliance, Azure management tool, and other products and services within the M365 platform. The contractor enables technology that addresses the City’s use cases within the Microsoft 365 technology platform, as well as assists with lifecycle maintenance and infrastructure monitoring. These services are needed to enable City departments to maximize the value of their Microsoft technology, improve security, and achieve Federal Risk and Authorization Management Program compliance.
Spyglass Security Services and Azure Management Services, AI Managed Service, Digital Workplace Continuous Improvement Program, and Flexible On-Demand Sustaining Services are sold, distributed, and implemented exclusively by Quisitive Ltd. d/b/a Quisitive LLC. This contract is replacing an existing contract. This new contract will include multiple City departments and will result in increased quantities.
If this contract is not approved this would result in lost access to Microsoft technologies management services, making City departments more vulnerable to cyber-attacks. Maintaining the contract ensures that City operations remain stable, secure, and efficient.
