Prior Council Action:
January 18, 2024 -Council authorized the negotiation and execution of amendment No. 1 to the agreement with AIDS Services Austin doing business as Vivent Health to add one-time funding to the 12-month term beginning October 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $118,881 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,618,881 on an 11-0 vote.
December 8, 2022 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of agreements with four social service agencies to provide HIV-related housing services for an initial 12-month term beginning October 1, 2022, in a combined amount not to exceed $2,287,955, each with four 12-month extension options in a combined amount not to exceed $11,439,775, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $13,727,730 divided among the agencies. The motion authorizing negotiation and execution of agreements with four social service agencies was approved on an 11-0 vote.
