This action will authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 6 to the agreement with Central Texas Food Bank Inc. (CTFB), for the College Food Access program. Central Texas Food Bank's objective is to strengthen its partnerships with Austin/Travis County colleges and universities by providing ongoing support for their campus pantries established with previous Austin Public Health funding. These pantries help alleviate hunger among their students, faculty, and staff populations. The College Food Access program leverages campus-driven initiatives to strategically address hunger on college and university campuses, with CTFB providing tailored resources and focusing on impact and sustainability. This program addresses key community needs identified in Austin Public Health’s Community Health Assessment.

The agreement was renewed from 2023 through 2026, including Amendments Nos. 1 through 3 and 5. Amendment No. 4 was a no-cost amendment to change contract exhibits.
