Additional Backup Information:
This amendment will provide funding for additional licenses and continued use of the Canva graphic design platform for City staff. Canva is a tool used to create a variety of digital communication elements such as, but not limited to, graphics, newsletters, and presentations. This master agreement will provide additional features to collaborate within teams, standardized templates, allow for consistency in design by for City departments, and improve security. After the initial year of the contract, it was determined that additional licenses were required for the Canva graphic design platform to meet the organization’s needs. Additionally, this amendment will combine previously purchased individual department licenses into one enterprise agreement.
