Prior Council Action:
July 18, 2024 - Council approved Amendment No. 4 to an agreement with ASHwell for the provision of HIV-related medical and support services to add one-time funding in an amount not to exceed $239,585 to the 12-month term ending on February 28, 2025, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,698,470 on a 10-1 vote with Council Member Kelly voting no.
September 2, 2021 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of an agreement to enhance and support local HIV-related treatment services for an initial seven-month term with three 12-month extension options with ASHwell in an amount not to exceed $615,131 for the initial term and $174,587 for each extension option, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $1,407,492 on a 9-1 vote with Council member Kelly voting and Council Member Alter absent.
