August 28, 2025 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Asian American Resource Center, Inc. d/b/a Austin Asian Community Health Initiative for the Community Health Navigator Program to provide community health system navigation services for members of linguistically isolated groups, to add one 12-month extension option for the term ending on September 30, 2026, in an amount not to exceed $587,305 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,959,215, on a 10-0 vote.
November 21, 2024 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an amendment with Asian American Resource Center, Inc., d/b/a Austin Asian Community Health Initiative for the Community Health Navigator Program to provide community health system advocacy, education, interpretation, translation, and referral services for members of linguistically isolated Asian American immigrant groups, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $268,000 for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,371,910, on an 11-0 vote.
September 12, 2024 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an amendment with the Asian American Resource Center, Inc. d/b/a Austin Asian Community Health Initiative for the Community Health Navigator program to add a 12-month extension option ending on September 30,2025 and add funding in an amount not to exceed $587,305, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $4,103,910, on an 11-0 vote.

This action will authorize negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 16 with Asian American Resource Center, Inc. for the Asian American Community Health Navigator program to provide community health system navigation services for members of linguistically isolated Asian American immigrant groups.
The agreement was renewed from 2017 to 2026, including Amendments Nos. 1 through 15. Amendment No. 6 was a no-cost amendment to change contract exhibits.
