September 12, 2024 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 9 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to expand legal and counseling services for immigrants, adding one 12-month extension option for the term ending on September 30, 2025, in an amount not to exceed $209,858, for an updated total contract amount not to exceed $1,661,306, approved on an 11-0 vote.
March 7, 2024 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 8 to the agreement with Catholic Charities of Central Texas to provide services to immigrants living in Austin/Travis County to stabilize their immigration status, re-unite them with family members, and work authorization assistance, to add funding in an amount not to exceed $105,000 for a six-month term through September 30, 2024, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $1,451,448, approved on an 11-0 vote.
