Chambers survey, Abstract No. 7 and previously described as part of the George W. Davis Survey, Section No. 15, Abstract No. 217, Travis County, Texas, being a portion of a called 11.1142 acre tract of land, also being a portion of Lot 1, Rutland Square, a Subdivision according to the Plat recorded in Volume 67, Page 91, of the Plat Records of Travis County, Texas, conveyed to Rap Villas Del Sol, LLC, in instrument recorded in Document No. 2018171074, of the Official Public Records of Travis County, Texas, currently appraised at $148,973 subject to an increase in value based on updated appraisals, a Special Commissioner’s award, negotiated settlement, or judgment. The owner of the needed property is Rap Villas Del Sol, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The property is located at 1711 Rutland Drive, Austin, Texas, 78758. The general route of the project is from Metric Boulevard east to Rutland Drive, approximately one block north of Rundberg Lane. Funding: $148,973 is available in Austin Parks and Recreation's Parkland Dedication Fund.

The general route of this project is from Metric Boulevard east to Rutland Drive, approximately one block north of Rundberg Lane.
The City has attempted to purchase the needed property at 1711 Rutland Drive, Austin, Texas, 78758. The City and the property owner have been unable to agree on the value of the needed acquisition. The Austin City Attorney's Office is requesting authorization to file an action in eminent domain on behalf of the City, and to authorize the City to pay for the property interest in an amount determined by the appraisal, updated appraisal(s), a Special Commissioners’ award, negotiated settlement, or judgment.
