Prior Council Action:
January 31, 2019 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of agreements for HIV Social Services for an initial 42-month term, with two optional 12-month extensions, including AIDS Services of Austin in an amount not to exceed $1,105,881 for the initial term and $315,966 for each extension option, for a total agreement not to exceed $1,737,813.

Amendment No. 4 exercised the second extension option in the amount of $315,966 for October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024.
Amendment No. 3 exercised the first extension option in the amount of $315,966 for October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.
Amendment No. 2 was a no-cost amendment to move funds between service categories from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.
Amendment No. 1 was a no-cost amendment to add a new boilerplate to the agreement from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023.
The initial agreement with AIDS Services Austin began on April 1, 2019, for an initial 42-month term.
