The owner of the property needed is Bel Elan Limited Partnership f/k/a/ Bel Elan LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. The property is located at 2900 Manor Road, Austin, Texas 78722. The general route of the project is along Clarkson Avenue, Concordia Avenue, and Randolph Road. Funding: $431 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
