Additional Backup Information:
This contract will complete the design plan layout, installation, and purchase of furniture developed and selected by the Town Lake Center project team. The furniture chosen by the designer is not available through existing City furniture contracts, and an additional contract is needed to complete the furniture remodel design.

Alfred Williams & Company, Inc. has experience working with the Town Lake Center project team on this remodel project and possesses the necessary qualifications and resources to complete the purchase and installation of specific furniture that aligns with the architectural design plan within the project timeline. This is a new contract. The requested authorization is based on the departmental estimate of the cost of furniture and services required to complete the Town Lake Center project design.
