Fiscal Note
Funding for the initial amount of $1,500,000 is available in the Capital Budget of the Transportation and Public Works Department. Funding for the extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Of the seven offers received, the recommended contractor submitted the lowest responsive offer.
