Authorize negotiation and execution of an agreement with Family Endeavors d/b/a Endeavors, to provide permanent supportive housing to those experiencing homelessness at The Roz and Cady Lofts, for an initial nine-month term, in an amount not to exceed $1,700,000, with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $1,700,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $8,500,000. This action will authorize Austin Homeless Strategies and Operations (AHSO) to negotiate and execute an agreement with Family Endeavors d/b/a Endeavors starting on January 1, 2026, for an amount not to exceed $1,700,000, with four 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $1,700,000, for a total agreement amount not to exceed $8,500,000 to provide permanent supportive housing (PSH) and supportive services.
Funding will support the delivery of services at The Roz, a 100-unit permanent supportive housing development, and Cady Lofts, a 100-unit permanent supportive housing development. The Roz and Cady Lofts will provide high-quality housing and services to support residents exiting homelessness.
