Prior Council Action:
April 24, 2025 - Council approved negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 5 to the interlocal agreement (ILA) to extend the contract term.

September 1, 2022 - Council approved negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the ILA to add $1,320,252 in funding and to extend the contract term.

December 2, 2021 - Council approved negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the ILA to add $311,167 and add one 12-month extension option.

December 3, 2020 - Council approved a resolution directing the City Manager to support a partnership between Downtown Austin Community Court, the Homeless Outreach Street Team, and Integral Care for expanded behavioral health resources for individuals experiencing homelessness, to identify available resources for expanding behavioral health programs, and to return with the appropriate items to authorize funding these programs.
