Prior Council Action:
October 19, 2023 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of an agreement with Project Transitions, Inc. to provide enhancement and support of local HIV-related treatment services in an amount not to exceed $260,000 for a five-month term beginning October 1, 2023, on a 10-0 vote with Council Member Harper Madison absent.
July 20, 2023 - Council approved Ordinance No. 20230720-105 amending the Fiscal Year 2022-2023 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget Special Revenue Fund (Ordinance No. 20220817-004) to accept and appropriate $500,000 in grant funding from the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Health Resources and Services Administration, to implement the grant deliverables for Ending the HIV Epidemic: A Plan for America and support direct services to those living with HIV, on consent without objection.
