The owner of the needed property is Lovell Drive, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. The property is located at 2909 Lovell Dr., Austin, Texas 78723. The general route of the project is along the Tannehill Branch Creek between Lovell Drive and the Morris Williams Golf Course. Funding: $285,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water.
