Authorize five contracts for distribution electrical services for Austin Energy with Gridco, Inc.; MasTec North America, Inc.; Pike Corporation d/b/a Pike Electric LLC or Power Contracting LLC; Renegade Group, LLC d/b/a Renegade Well Services, LLC or Renegade Well Services; and Southeast Power Corporation, for an initial term of two years with up to three one-year extension options in an amount not to exceed $200,000,000, divided among the contractors. Funding: $80,000,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Energy. Funding for the remaining contract term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.
