The contract will provide replacement pumps, parts, and service for 75 Pentair Hydromatic pumps in lift stations to ensure raw sewage is pumped to a treatment plant for processing. This contract will reduce the amount of time needed to complete repairs along with reducing the amount of time it takes to order new pumps as needed in order to avoid the possibility of a sanitary sewer overflow which is reportable to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.

This is a new contract. The requested authorization amount was determined using a departmental estimate based on pricing and forecasted usage.

The contractor is the exclusive authorized distributor of Pentair Hydromatic pumps for sale of products, parts, and services in Texas.
