Additional Backup Information:
The Strategic Governance Committee has agreed to relocate Austin Human Resource benefits division from One Texas Center to the City's Ben White Facility in order to consolidate the majority of the department's staff into one location. Construction will modify existing office space to better meet staff needs, including office layout changes and updates to infrastructure. These assignments are for Ben White Facility Suite 350 for $1,760,000 and Suite 520 for $770,000.
