The Summer Youth Employment Program (SYEP), in collaboration with public sector employers and community-based organizations, provides job readiness training and summer employment for youth ages 14 to 21.

SYEP is operated by Travis County and provides opportunities for youth development through meaningful work experiences that promote economic self-sufficiency, good citizenship, and healthy lifestyles.
