Fiscal Note
Funding in the amount of $200,000 is available in the Fiscal Year 2024-2025 Budget Stabilization Reserve Fund. Funding for the remaining terms is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Prior Council Action:
August 29, 2024 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 2 to the agreement with Jail to Jobs d/b/a Nineveh Ministries for the provision of the ATX Community Violence Intervention program, to add five 12-month extension options each in an amount not to exceed $1,300,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $8,802,000, on a 10-0 vote.

September 21, 2023 - Council authorized the negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 1 to the agreement with Jail to Jobs d/b/a Nineveh Ministries to provide community violence intervention services to individuals at highest risk of community violence, to add one 12-month extension beginning October 1, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $1,502,000, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $2,302,000, in an 11-0 vote.

July 28, 2022 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of an agreement with Jail to Jobs to provide community violence intervention services to at-risk individuals for a thirteen-month term beginning September 1, 2022, through September 30, 2023, in an amount not to exceed $800,000, on a 10-0 vote.
