Additional Backup Information:
The contract will provide continued software licensing, maintenance, support, and cloud hosting for the Versaterm Records Management System (RMS) and related applications used by the Austin Police, including reporting, investigations, and the Community Report online reporting tool. These systems support critical public safety functions, including incident and case management, state and federal reporting, and data exchanges with the Texas Department of Public Safety. The contract also provides the flexibility to implement additional Versaterm products and supports the future migration of the RMS to a secure vendor-managed cloud environment.
