February 29, 2024 - Council approved an amendment to the contract with A&J Construction Management, LLC for the Zilker Maintenance Barn Replacement project.

The Parks and Recreation Department's current maintenance barn is undersized and in extremely poor condition, failing to meet the needs of Zilker Metropolitan Park's maintenance staff responsible for maintaining the park's grounds and buildings.
