Title: Approve an ordinance vacating approximately 232,205 square feet (5.3307 acres) developed right-of-way being part of that certain tract of land containing out of the Santiago del Valle Grant, Abstract No. 24 originally granted in fee to Travis County and annexed into the city on May 21, 2026 by Ordinance No. 20260521-60, and said right-of-way being all of Edwin Lane, a variable width right-of-way located between Hergotz Lane and Ramirez Lane; requiring future dedication of right-of-way, and authorizing the City Manager to execute all documents and instruments necessary or desirable to convey the right-of-way to Dog's Head Land JV, Ltd. Funding: This item has no fiscal impact. All costs, including appraisal fees and public notice expenses, will be paid by the applicant and reimbursed to the City.

July 7, 2026 - Approved by the Urban Transportation Commission on a motion from Commissioner Schumacher, and a second from Commissioner Somers, the right-of-way vacation was approved on an 8-0 vote, with Commissioner Kevin Chen abstaining, and two vacancies.

July 14, 2026 - Approved by the Planning Commission on a 7-1-1 vote with Commissioner Skidmore voting nay, Parliamentarian Ahmed abstaining, Commissioners Hiller, Lan, and Powell absent and one vacancy.
