Additional Backup Information:
This action will provide the resolution required by Section 7.22(d) of the Texas Administrative Code to be approved by the receiving entity's governing body. (1) authorizing execution of the agreement for Homeless Housing and Services Program (HHSP) funds; (2) identifying the title of the individual authorized to represent the entity and sign the agreement; and (3) dated within 12 months of the agreement execution.

On May 19, 2025, the City of Austin received notice of its 2026 HHSP funding allocation, totaling $733,005. This includes $565,526 in general HHSP funds and $167,479 from the HHSP Youth Set-Aside. These funds will support services during the program year from September 1, 2025, to August 31, 2026.
