Funding in the amount of $98,033 is included in the Fiscal Year 2023-2024 Austin Public Health Department Operating Budget. Funding for the remaining term is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

September 1, 2022 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 12 to the agreement with The SAFE Alliance to add one 12-month extension option beginning October 1, 2022 in an amount not to exceed $98,033, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $812,332, on a 10-1 vote.
September 30, 2021 - Council authorized negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 10 to the agreement with The SAFE Alliance to add one 12-month extension option beginning October 1, 2021 in an amount not to exceed $98,033, for a revised total agreement amount not to exceed $714,299, on an 11-0 vote.
