Additional Backup Information:
The scope of the expansion and redevelopment of the Austin Convention Center (the “Project”) has changed and the Downtown District Chilling Plant #4.1 (“DCP4.1”) that was to be located on rezoned Tract 1, is no longer needed by Austin Energy. The Project will no longer require relocation of the Castleman-Bull House to accommodate the DCP4.1 on Tracts 3 and Tract 4. However, the Project will require rezoning of Tract 4 to add historic zoning and Tract 3 to remove historic zoning at 201 Red River Street. This resolution will start that process.
