In Fiscal Year 2026-2027, the City expects to receive continued federal funding through four U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) formula grant programs: Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME), Emergency Solutions Grants (ESG), and Housing Opportunities for Persons with AIDS (HOPWA).
