Approval of this item will authorize an agreement with Foundation Communities to provide housing support services beginning October 1, 2024.  By leveraging resources and collaborative efforts, this agreement ensures individuals experiencing homelessness or formerly experiencing homelessness can receive the necessary support to achieve the stability they need to overcome homelessness.  If authorization of this agreement is not approved, it will limit the provision of wrap around supportive services in the areas of education, financial stability, and healthcare for individuals experiencing homelessness.
