Additional Backup Information:
The contract will provide advanced support for Application Management and Data Automation (AMANDA) case management software, licensing, maintenance, migration, and support services. The AMANDA software system manages, tracks, and produces reports on land development and reviews activities including permits, trade licenses, escrow inspections, neighborhood planning, and zoning within one system. Unisys migration services will assist City staff throughout system changes, ensuring that AMANDA remains operational during the transition period.
