Additional Backup Information:
This contract will provide services to maintain the training program and associated course materials for the System Operations team in support of Austin Energy's Distribution and Transmission Operator Qualification Program. The services include training on the Advanced Distribution Management System and supports ongoing updates of documentation and curriculum. The requested services will directly support the user adoption and change management of the upgraded system deployed in 2020.
