Prior Council Action:
July 28, 2022 – Council authorized the negotiation and execution of an amendment to the agreement with Mexic-Arte Museum to provide preventative early intervention services, to add four twelve-month extension options each in the amount not to exceed $155,344, for a total agreement amount not to exceed S776,720, on a 10-0 vote. Council Member Fuentes was off the dais.

August 26, 2021 – Council authorized negotiation and execution of agreement with agreements for the provision of violence prevention programs in underserved communities with a term beginning September 15, 2021, and ending September 30, 2022 with the following providers: Young Women's Christian Association of Greater Austin for a total agreement amount not to exceed S300,000. Council on At-Risk Youth for a total agreement amount not to exceed $400,000: and Mexic-Arte Museum for a total agreement amount not to exceed $155,344. on a 9-1 vote. Mayor Pro Tem Harper-Madison was off the dais.
