Austin Financial Services issued an Invitation for Bids solicitation IFB 5000 BYS1046 for these services. The solicitation published on August 4, 2025, and closed on September 4, 2025. Of the three offers received, the bids submitted by the recommended contractors were the lowest responsive bids received.
