Additional Backup Information:

Community Technology and Telecommunications Commission changes - The commission unanimously requested to rename itself and revise its bylaws in order to better reflect the work that the commission already does/oversees as well as lay the foundation for discussions regarding emerging technologies. The bylaws were last refreshed in 2016, and the commission has since led expansive efforts regarding digital literacy that were not outlined in the bylaws.  Amendments to City Code Section 2-1-107 are required in order to effectuate the approved bylaws amendments; this ordinance makes those changes to City Code.
