This action will expand the Austin Downtown Public Improvement District (PID) to add one property at 360 Nueces Street, Austin TX 78701 at the request of the owners and add adjacent public right-of-way. The property is an occupied, mixed-use tower with residential and commercial occupants built in 2008.  It is contiguous to the current PID boundary.  The building’s management entity, 360 Condominiums, Inc., met the requirements outlined in the City’s Public Improvement District Policy, adopted by Resolution No. 20200220-015, for expansion.  Chapter 372 of the Texas Local Government Code requires that the governing body of the municipality to hold a public hearing to consider the expansion. Notice of the expansion was provided as required by law.
