Authorize a contract for the Wastewater Line Renewal and Spot Rehab Service Indefinite Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity (2026 to 2028) Contract for Austin Water with Santa Clara Construction, LTD., in the amount of $3,200,000 for an initial 1-year term and up to two one year extension options, for a total contract amount not to exceed $9,600,000. Funding: $3,200,000 is available in the Capital Budget of Austin Water. Funding for the extension options is contingent upon available funding in future budgets.

Austin Financial Services issued an Invitation for Bids solicitation IFB 6100 CLMC1127 for these services. The solicitation was issued on June 30th, 2025, and closed on July 31st, 2025. Of the six bids received, the recommended contractor submitted the lowest responsive bid.
