The contract provided court reporting services to preserve an accurate written record of testimony in administrative hearings, litigation and pre-litigation matters in anticipation of motion writing, post-hearing briefs, possible appeals, and potential additional litigation proceedings. The contract became effective January 8th, 2021 and was superseded by a new contract on September 4th, 2025. Contract utilization for Fiscal Year 2023-2024 equaled $79,206.85, exceeding the $74,000 City Manager’s Authority for the fiscal year by $5,207.
