Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 20241119-002 ordering the December 14, 2024, runoff election to add the following exhibits: executed English and Spanish versions of the ordinance calling the election (Exhibit B); an executed joint election agreement with Travis County establishing the parties' roles and responsibilities for the conduct of the runoff election (Exhibit C); election day polling places (Exhibit D), election day judges (Exhibit E), central counting station staff (Exhibit F), early voting ballot board members (Exhibit G), and signature verification committee members (Exhibit H); adopting the polling places listed in Exhibit D and appointing the election staff listed in Exhibits E, F, G, and H; and declaring an emergency.
