NPA-2025-0018.01 - Neighborhood Plan Amendment - Conduct a public hearing and amend Ordinance No. 040513-30 which adopted the Brentwood/Highland Combined Neighborhood Plan (Highland NP) as an element of the Imagine Austin Comprehensive Plan to remove the Future Land Use Map (FLUM) designation for approximately 33 acres of land on property generally located north of Morrow Street, south of US Highway 183/Research Boulevard, west of Guadalupe Street, and east of North Lamar Boulevard. Staff Recommendation: To amend Ordinance No. 040513-30 to remove the FLUM designation for the specified properties within the North Lamar Transit Center Station Area.
