Prior Council Action:
August 31, 2023 - Council approved the negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 15 to an agreement with Ending Community Homelessness Coalition, Inc. on consent without objection.

December 8, 2022 - Council approved the negotiation and execution of Amendment No. 14 to an agreement with Ending Community Homelessness Coalition, Inc. on an 11-0 vote.

Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO) is an Austin-based nonprofit that provides coordination, technical assistance, and support to homelessness providers. ECHO also serves as the Homeless Management Information System (HMIS) lead for the Austin/Travis County Continuum of Care (CoC). HMIS is a centralized, person-level database used by community providers to connect people with the services and resources they need to end their homelessness.
