The purpose of this agreement is to provide matching funds for a local non-profit organization providing residential substance abuse treatment to individuals experiencing homelessness. These dollars will be used in collaboration with Travis County and for projects that are otherwise ineligible for the traditional sources of housing funds, such as the City’s bond-funded programs, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (also known as LIHTC) program, and other state programs.
